We attempt to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends.

Additional Information

All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.

Delivery times may differ from the suggested timeline listed above due to public holidays, weekends, adverse weather and other circumstances out of That Little Something’s control.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.

That Little Something is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address That Little Something will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.

Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them That Little Something will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.
